Oh I wish I could share an image I did in chalk pastel - an art journaling/spontaneous sketch of a redwood tree...with a person seeming to be stepping out of it! I really loved this meditation. Thank you for all you do for our healing. One thing you said that really stuck with me, which I heard only recently, was something like, "Gurus don't polute their bodies. Our bodies are our temples", in response to a question you received about drinking and substance use. Brilliant!
