Yes, concerning art, a few years back I had a talk with another artist on the popular art site known as Deviantart. And they told me to never get into a rut as they had. They wasted SO much time. Read Mantak Chia books and you will know everything about it, What it is and how to do it with a lot of exercices that you can do. one of the book is "the multi-orgasmic man", but this Author wrote more than 50 books on the subject and there are so many exercices in it.
