Day 9 | End of bad roads | Chamje to Kathmandu | Thamel

Day 9 of Nepal adventures - Annapurna Guest house, Chamje - A beautiful stay in middle of huge mountains. A single thakali dinner which costs equal to the cost of the room stay and interesting stories(life in the mountains) from the hotel owner - Govind was priceless.
In the morning, we had to leave at 7 am as my friend's Motorcycle was being towed in the jeep till Besisahar. As I was riding alone, I decided to start late by 8 AM. It was a 35 kms solo ride for me and reached Besisahar at 12 PM. Got the engine oil topped up and after a quick snack we continued our ride to Kathmandu-200 kms. A 7 hours of twisty roads and dusty roads of KTM we managed to reach KTM by 8 PM. After spending an hour in search of hotels in Thamel, we got a decent stay in Hotel Bishwonath.
