dang this came at the perfect time for me. I took the safe way out and majored in econ and business, but my heart has always been in science. I've been looking into going back for a degree in astronomy or astrophysics, but my dream of studying space seems so childish at times. Getting closer to making the leap after watching this.

That's a really interesting viewpoint on life - friends that are good at self-reflection. Upon looking back, i realize that the past hardships I've had with people, be they failed relationships or just jerky roommates, came from both parties not being willing to look at themselves and take responsibility for themselves - both on their end and on mine. That's a really good thing to note to see if people actually will be able to work well with you or not - not similar interests, not similar backgrounds, but just a willingness to think about themselves and their impact on others. Thanks for highlighting this, it really helped me out tonight.
