You're making great progress! I remember that Mount Albert fire tower from the Nobos videos, although they were much more interested in showing the 100-mile marker on the side! They were so excited to have gone 100 miles. Now you're passing the same tower, but you've gone 2,097.4 miles! I do have to say that I did not consider Georgia to be boring at all. Granted, it doesn't have many views and I was on a section hike rather than a thru-hike. But I loved the Georgia part of the trail. There are plenty of campsites since it's all set up for the Nobo starting bubble, and they have nice amenities like bear boxes and privies.

Trying to find your Facebook post on your AT thru-hike completion. I was pleased that you made it down to the Amicalola Falls Visitor Center. Walking though the arch is the right way to finish. Congratulations. Looking forward to your finish day.
