Hello Ursi ! I just found your channel and this is the first video I’ve seen. Congratulations I am so excited for you and I can relate to you on so many levels. You brought up your age but for some reason I’m having a hard time keeping track so how old are you right now? I am 45! And I was wondering, I’ll check and see if you listed it on your other videos, you got donor sperm but did you do IVF and retrieve your own eggs? Is this baby your own egg? It sounds like it is I just wanted to double check. And maybe how many embryos did you get? What was your amh at the time of retrieval? I did at home insemination with donor sperm two months after I turned 41 years old and got pregnant naturally with no medication‘s. I am so glad that you had such a great experience with a clinic and I liked what you said about no age cut off because unfortunately I was very much set aside and disregarded based on my age and not treated well at the clinic I went to. It is so nice to hear that there are clinics out there who actually respect older women and actually try to help them have their own babies. I have subscribed to your channel and I look forward to seeing more of how this pregnancy goes for you. I am so excited for you. And just to let you know getting married does not mean that the husband comes with sperm. I learned that when I finally got married at 36. I am a Christian just like you and waited my whole life to get married so that I could move on and be married and have children and learned the hard way that even when you finally get married that doesn’t mean that the husband can have children. I’m so happy for you!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just curious you mentioned you were on keto, are you still on it while pregnant? I'm low carb myself and wanting to get pregnant now at 46. Is it safe while pregnant.

Yes, I did a keto-ish eating plan to prepare my body this cycle. My RE recommends doing keto before, during and after pregnancy. He is a big advocate of keto. However, a recent blood test showed that my cholesterol is high, so, I'm going to eat a modified diet for now to lower my levels.
