Watching on the replay because I was in meetings during the live. Oh my. Defense strategy seems to be-we have nothing so we're going to ask ridiculous questions and act confused. They haven't successfully disputed anything. The LE and forensics teams were outstanding in this case. The prosecutors are some of the best I've see. Justice for Quinton!

I'm just starting to watch today's coverage. However, it is not unusual not to put on a defense case, I've seen it before. The defense attorneys are asking questions, they are trying to instill doubt. Basically, there isn't a witness they could possibly call that could dispute anything. Hope that helps.

They found pieces of baby Q's skull and brain tissue and found trauma, that's how they know he was hit with something. No drugs were found in his system. I wish they found all of him, to see if he had trauma on his body, and to see if he was hit and smothered. RIP baby Q.

I wonder if the medical examiner can tell peri mortem or post mortem though..as the skull being crushed could also be from trash compactor..?

I think defense wants people to think that Quinton died by ingesting Danny's unsecured stash and that Danny got rid of Quinton to cover it up.

How did state prove leilani murdered quinton? 1. She either did kill him b4 toss in trash Or 2. Tossing quinton in trash is murder at the squishing at the landfill NOT SURE why anyone is confused by this?

Exactly. She was the only person present and awake during that short window of time Quinton was killed. It either happened before she threw him in the dumpster or the act of sealing him in a bag, throwing him in there to soon be picked up and crushed to death caused it.😢

I see Dr. Lora Darrisaw appears as an expert in court today. Reminds me 2019 the infamous case of Jennifer and Joseph Rosenbaum abuse Laila Marie Daniel a died from multiple blunt-force injuries to her abdomen that caused extensive internal bleeding, when she was just 2 years old in 2015. The sad story also included DFCS mistakes made by their department.
