So your first meal was at 12pm? Do you do tea/coffee in the morning?

I think it was before 12pm! 11:15 or 30? Sometimes I eat right when I wake up and sometimes I’m not hungry until later! All depends hahaha. And I don’t drink coffee during the week (causes too much anxiety) but sometimes drink tea in winter. During summertime I usually just drink water in the morning :)
