Awww just seeing this finished my ma classes last month now in internship enjoying every bit. Loved this video when doing glucose make sure to wipe away the first drop of blood the squeeze again.

So I wanna go to school for a medical assistant. Do you have to get your blood drawn and like shots done by other people? (I hate getting them done hahaha)

Maybe I’ve been taught differently but I was taught to do a cinnamon roll shape for alcohol. Then, after drawing blood, you pull the tube out, then pop the tourniquet. But maybe o was taught differently

No you pop the turniqite first removing tube first blood will be over everything

I’m about to do my EKG certificate but I want to eventually move up to a MA but I struggle with needles. It’s a big dream of mine but I’ve tried to get over it and nothings worked. Anything you do to get past the fear?
