I LOVE your videos!!! You are so positive and happy! It's contagious! I was wondering if Disney offers health benefits for those who work in the dcp? Or if they offer them after you finish your program? Also, after finishing the dcp did you get offered a full time position or was it at least an option? Finally, do you know if Disney hires people even without going through the dcp and instead just has a college degree?

thank you!!! 💓 i don’t think they offer health benefits for those in the DCP. after your program, you can apply to go part-time/ full-time. however, it’s not guaranteed that you’ll be accepted. As a PT/FT cast member you car eligible for benefits :)
