Got my vision board done for the first time this year! I took photos from Pinterest made a vision board image with words of Affirmations on Canva then downloaded it and reframed it to fit as my phone screen background! Sending everyone here love and light! Namaste ✌️ 💚

This year so far, is good. I'm trying to be the best version of myself, and starting to develop healthy habits, like journaling, making my bed every morning, gratitude,... I don't know if it's bc of them, but overall I feel much better, I sleep much better and everything. I hope everybody have a good day!

It's my third year of having a vision board. Mine is created with Canva. I just searched for pictures from Google then arranged it with Canva. Then I turned it into several things. I used it as my phone's wallpaper. I also uploaded it into my Google Keep, which is my main digital journal. I also made it into a sticker which I used as the cover page of my everyday carry bujo. Finally, I made a spread that explains what each picture meant.

honestly January went by really quick to me I had a lot of downs but some good days too! Now that’s it’s February I want to be in a routine but it’s been hard plus it’s hard to balance school then go to work then try to find time for yourself in a day/week but I try not to be to negative cause these feelings don’t last forever and I’ll be okay :)

2023 so far has not been the best. Work is slow and hours are being cut. Bf dad is the hospital. And I have not been able to keep up with my healthy eating and working out. :( Hopefully things will get better!
