In Today's Vlog, I am sharing a full what I eat in a day on Weight Watchers. I'm also sharing other things that I do throughout the day, as well as tips and tricks for doing Weight Watchers. I still drink coffee. I’ve never been a drink it every day kind of person, so I switch up my morning drinks a lot. lol. Currently I’m adding a splash of coffee to my morning protein shakes. ☺️

I've been making some homemade lunchables and they have been around 7-8 points. I use almond flour crackers, turkey pepperoni, sliced chicken and turkey, a low point ham options, an apple, and some laughing cow cheese. You can mix and match! I find that it keeps me full for longer because its full of protein. I hope this helps!

Protein shakes are 3 points for me.

The peanut butter chocolate one always scans for two points for me. Everything else is three, but usually I’ll only use half for my coffee. 😊
What I eat in a day on WW with 23 points. Weight watchers.
