I agree with you zero point smoothie! Like you said, you’re not doing this frequently. It’s a healthy choice!

I never count fresh fruit in smoothies. I know some frozen fruit can have added sugar but some don’t have added sugar and I’d use that for zero points, too.

Yes, I just don’t think that making a fruit smoothie once a week with no added sugar frozen fruit and plain Greek yogurt necessitates use of my points but I can understand the concept. It was nice to talk it out with my leader who was supportive of my interpretation of the 0 points value of a smoothie!

I agree with the zero points for a smoothies. I add a frozen banana to my protein coffee smoothie weekday morning and i still loose weight.

You’re welcome! It’s truly the thing that has worked for me when nothing else would to lose over 35 pounds of extra weight post-partum! I’m now at 37 pounds down since joining September 10! Feel free to watch more of my update videos! I just went to Disney World and managed to lose weight between weigh ins without depriving myself…it was a shocker lol!

Great video! I see sooooo many crochet creators who sell licensed characters on Etsy, at markets, they are posting about it, etc. I always wonder when they will get caught. It makes me nervous for them when so many of their products are licensed. Eek.

I also wanted to add… I did weight watchers a few years ago and had a hard time keeping up with tracking. I do like thinking of things in points instead of calories/fiber/etc and am thinking about joining again. I currently make smoothies with almond milk, spinach, fruit and a little almond butter and I only consider the almond butter when thinking of things I need to track for that. I should do the non fat Greek yogurt for some protein instead. I’m just proud of myself for getting a large portion of fruits and veggies into my day. 😊

Aww no worries at all!! I figured it was some sort of mix up! I think the app has definitely helped with tracking since it has items you track a lot easily “remembered”- those smoothies sound good and healthy! Yes, Greek yogurt definitely ups the protein! Thank you for watching!!!
