Omg my husband and I went on our first solo trip (no kids lol) and we made it 3 hrs before time and waited at an empty terminal thinking we would be the first to board….. turns out we were at the incorrect terminal and missed our flight. We spent the whole day at the airport getting drunk and sobering up until night time when we were able to get another flight. Till this day we say our time at the airport was the best part of the trip.

Omggg i HATE flying. I have an 8 yr old and a 2 yr old and it’s the worst. This last week I had a run in with a rude worker at the airport, like I’m already stressed af & she’s just being complicated out of spite bc she was wrong about something. Idk how I kept my cool honestly. So I understand where u guys are coming from, you have every right to vent about ur experience bc anyone that has traveled with kids understands you 100%.

People without kids would be the ones to comment “it’s just a layover get over it” etc because people without kids don’t get it. We have the EXACT same family dynamic as you Naz ! We have a big boy born in feb 2020 and twins b/g born may 2022! We are young interracial couple just like you guys! I’ve even commented on one of Mel’s reel before trying to tell you guys that we are twin families! We are just in Canada and not on KZbin! But omg our families would hang out so well together cause our ages are close and the kids are the same ages!!! Anyways I couldn’t imagine travelling on airplane with 3 kids, we haven’t done that yet. I have gotten super angry after missing flights, trains, etc. What helps me is actually thinking about 9/11. There were so many people who slept through their alarms, missed a train, or even missed those flights and they look back now and are so grateful for those things that happened. Just a little thought that may help during those frustrating times!
