Hey :) first: love your videos and book recommendations. I’m a psychologist and maybe a small advice on anxiety: Caffein is literally enhancing it, because your body is even more sensitive and you perceive your body states even stronger, and then this weird feeling caffein can give can be interpreted as anxiety. So Caffein can enhance anxiety strongly and lead to panic attacks. I would suggest you to try something else than Coffee or at least do De-Caff if you like the taste. This should help. Only drink it in states of mental stability. Hope that helps
