36:00 love your vids! im so glad you shared your anxiety around throwing up. i have had emetephobia since i was a kid and its very common!! lots of water and nausea chews (ginger, peppermint, etc) prevent that panic when we feel sick! thank you for sharing and i hope next week is better🫶🏼

OMG! I have a fear of throwing up too! If I feel like I'm going to throw up I start crying & have a panic attack. If I end up throwing up (which is very rare) I like go into shock and shut down.

I also get the worst eye strain from editing/being on my laptop and eye drops helped SO MUCH. I put them in 2-3x everyday and it's gotten so much better.

Des- have you ever considered toxic mold being a root cause of anxiety & depression? Has your house ever had water damage or leaks? It’s in most homes and other buildings. It’s pretty bad in Indiana and most mycotoxins are invisible. It effects the brain, sleep, energy levels, inability to relax and feel calm, inability to focus… 💕

This happened in my house and it was toxic black mold. It was not visible until it was actually looked for and it was in the walls. Me and my family were very sick and it caused permanent health problems for all of us. There are a lot of things that can be underlying that can cause those symptoms that I found throughout the years. Too much caffeine can also contribute.

Were you able to find a mold specialist to help you recover from that exposure and reverse those issues? Yes, caffeine can certainly play a huge part in mood, adrenals, and metabolic function! Caffeine is wonderful for the body but most don’t know how to add it into their diet appropriately. Because of mold and my adrenals being out of whack, I was unable to consume even decaf coffee for the longest time. Most energy drinks are terrible for your gut.

@@fa3ryg1rl1 I’m so sorry. I know what it’s like to not much have quality of life and to be going through health issues. If you ever want to talk about it, you can always reply back here! I dealt with many other issues because of mold: Lyme, arthritis, mono, seizures, strokes, brain fog, fibromyalgia, bone pain, rashes, and more. I’ve been able to reverse almost everything so far:) still working on it! Will never give up whereas many doctors are hope-less and have the wrong answers. I’ve done most of the research myself to heal my body.
