Hey Holly , I work in south London for a small brunch company . If you someday are around Earlsfield I highly recommend you to go to Bean and Hop , it’s a small caffe/brunch from the company I work for ( I work in another cafe in Clapham Junction) and they have very nice vegan dishes and amazing coffee . Also , they are laptop friendly .

The Ethiopian food you tried is called 'Injera' :) Injera is actually the name of the pancake/wrap but we also use it to describe the dish as a whole (including the sauces, although they do have individual names). Glad you enjoyed it - in the Ethiopian Orthodox church when they fast (like they're doing currently for lent) it involves eating a vegan diet which explains why we have so many great Vegan options x
