I wish more people like you guys like rissa and Quan we're in my area my area is a very old style to themselves older people that really don't do anything awesome like this with my husband passing away 2 years ago I have been completely struggling and it's been by far the hardest time I've ever experienced in life I barely know how I'm putting food on the table and the state thinks because I actually work and try my hardest to pay everything myself that I don't qualify for any kind of help and I tried to apply for different Christmas programs and again because I'm working and trying to maintain my home and my children that I'm not good enough to get help I literally don't know how I'm putting food on the table each day and it makes me so sad to know that people should want to help people like me that are working non-stop trying to do everything I can for all four of my kids but and just falling short because Bill's piled up on my husband passed and I'm still playing catch up from that on top of that day today I don't think I'm going to even decorate this Christmas I don't really think it's going to be possible Thanksgiving we just hung out and had a normal regular meal because I was blessed that I could feed them something but I wish I could have did Thanksgiving dinner I wish more people were like you guys and a lot of the other people I watch on KZbin because it would be a blessing I sometimes think that life would be better if I just wasn't here but I know my kids need me and people like this amazing couple and family and hearing what you do keeps me going and I just pray one day I have some angel or prayer answered to where things go right just for a little bit because it's been a lot and everything is always bad happening since my husband passed thankfully I have some amazing children I sat him down and I told him that most likely I can't decorate more do any presents and they literally all surprise me by saying it be okay if they don't get nothing they love me and they know I'm really trying and struggling I couldn't ask for better kids but it's not fair to them but I just want to personally say thank you for doing what you do because if only I had people around my area to do that I would feel so blessed so God bless y'all and keep me an amazing

The trampoline is a great idea! Especially for very active children, it does help use up that energy lol. My son is autistic and we got him one, he LOVES it! I was super worried about the safety as well but surprisingly it is very safe, with supervision of course. I know ya'll already do that. One tip tho... keep other toy cleared around the trampoline and check under it before he plays on it, thats it. So much Love💜💜💚

I just went to see a chiropractor yesterday because of mid and lower back pain. Best $60 I ever spent. Plus, I tested positive for covid during the summer but my sense of taste and smell was still not back 100%. My chiropractor helped me with that too and so far my taste and smell seems to be completely back.

Quan definitely get a MRI and go to the chiropractor for your massages and manual manipulation I promise you will feel so amazing. Hi, I used to deal with that pain in my shoulders like my traps will feel super tight and tense all the time and like when the weather change, it hurts so one day I just couldn’t take it one day so I got it checked and they said it’s something like a bulging disc so it doesn’t hurt to get it checked.

They have cream cheese in small container that you can get. Just ask for it on the side only the butter can't be on the side.

The garbage disposal gets stuck sometimes. Check to see if you need to reset it. Normally there’s a red button on the bottom of the disposal in which you press it and it resets. I hope this helps!

I would say that going to a chiroprator is not a bad idea. I have been going for a while now and no longer have migraine headaches . The type of chiroprator I see uses the Atlas Orthogonal method-a non-invasive form of chiropratic care. They adjust the spine without the popping and cracking of traditional adjustments. You will so much better from the first visit. Also, my blood pressure went down considerably.

Hello Riss and Quan. I frequently watch your program. I noticed that you mentioned your garage disposal. Those are the worst inventions ever. I promise you. Once you get that thing fixed, it will break down again. The best thing is to avoid using them. Make life simple. Get something to catch all garbage and put that in your sink. Throw out all and I do mean all garbage out your self. If you compost the garbage you're much better off. Especially if you plan on gardening. Even if a garden is too much. Purchase special bowls, bags etc. to properly dispose of your own garbage. I cannot stress how important it is. Tell everyone that visits your home not to use your garbage disposal, or completely get it removed and save yourself thousands of dollars in repairs. I can't tell you what to do but I will warn you of troubles ahead of you don't take heed. You really don't need or deserve that kind of trouble. Life brings everyone challenges enough.
