Attn: to all box truck manufacturers. Put the switch for the lift gate on the DRIVER’s side of the truck. Plain and simple ergonomics and safety related. By the time a driver reaches the lift gate a million things could happen in the interim. Some smartass could hop into the truck and hit the button and release the brakes and the driver could get crushed. That is all. Please return to what ever you were doing
