I thought Japanese people have it bad when it comes to work life balance but starting work at 9AM and finishing at 3:15pm and even have time to go out and buy lunch. As an American, I work way more than this and sometimes barely have time to eat lunch.

And also, younger generations seem to disagree to this whole "loyalty to the company" thing.
