@@jenniferu.n.4084 it’s amazing to watch how he’s transformed into a completely different kid in the last year! Your son will get there! Hopefully this gives you some faith & hope! Because 3 years ago I would go never thought Samir would be where he is! I remember when we were getting the referral from his pediatrician she said something that had stuck with me and at the time I thought yeah sure you’re saying that to make me feel better. She said “Once he starts kindergarten and has his diagnosis to get the appropriate therapy and help he needs he’ll be a different kid” and a year later I’m so impressed at how much he has grown since starting kindergarten last year! He has a great support system of teachers at school who definitely have put in so much love & work into him. I think we all about cried during his PT conference last week with just how far he’s come

If your insurance covers dme, your dr should be able to write you a prescription to get it covered. My son is non verbal autistic and I’ve have learned there are some amazing resources out there. ❤

@BossMomHustle yeah I just warm it up like for 10 to 15 seconds depending how warm I want it. I prefer it that way it tastes good in my opinion. If u do get to try it let me know which way u prefer it.

I’m glad he got his deceive I am still waiting on the insurance to pick up for isaiah device. When they are at home and in school they act and do so different. If he goes to speech therapy like a place you can ask them for one and they will work with the insurance it can’t be through school he has to be an actual office. If that makes sense

Yeah makes sense. He doesn’t get any therapies outside of school right now. The closest place that takes insurance is an hour away and they wanted him to come 3x a week for 2 hours each time so it was not doable with working and the other kids in school.
