This was so good to watch. Really makes me think about how much my partner and I watch tv or sit on our phones when we are together. Hi sezzy! As a trainer I recommend not to do abs like that when having a second grade prolapse, also jumping or any high impact isn’t the best thing you can do... Instead you should start to do hypopressive abs I know it’s kinda boring but you will totally feel the difference ❤️ xo xo

regarding the dog porch potty thing we had the same problem in our apartment on the balcony so I toilet trained her to go to the front door when she needs to go toilet and i take her downstairs to some grass! We left a fresh fake grass thing on our balcony in case we are out and she is busting but she never uses it anymore! No more fish! hahaha

Sez me and my BF have a golden retriever and live 3 stories up in an apartment. We take him out in the morning and in the arvo when we get home from work and then sometimes (maybe 3 times a week) just before we go to bed. We have to take the lift down, exit the building then walk him along the side of the road so he goes to the toilet. Early stages we were thinking of getting a pee pad but I’m glad we didn’t. I know you have a baby so it 99% won’t be possible, but just thought I’d let you know. You’re killing it babe with everything that you do, you’re just so reallll and I love it. Sicky tips: drink hot water with half a lemon and honey (you can add whiskey, but I know you’re not a drinker and I think the whiskey just knocks you out) that ALWAYS stops my throat from hurting. also an essential oil diffuser with eucalyptus oil will do you wonders!!!! I even add the oil to my shower to help me breathe and get all dat nasty stuff out!!!! I live in the US in a state where we get all 4 seasons a week lol so lots of colds here it’s inevitable. I hope these help!!!!
