I totally agree with Mindy about NOT waiting to decorate for Christmas 🎄 for the paint job to get done… if they don’t know when they are coming… you shouldn’t have to put your decorating on hold for them!!!! That totally cuts into your holiday magic time… I say don’t wait 6:44

I love fall and winter but after a few below freezing temps I’m ready for it to warm up. We had a pretty good snow right around Christmas last year and I sat in a dark room while looking out the window at the snow coming down. It was dark outside and there was such a glow from The snow falling and what was collecting on the ground. There were no cars on my road and everything was just magical. I sure hope that happens again this year so I can enjoy the feeling and the view. 😍 Your place seems very warm and welcoming and I know it’s even more so in person. Thank you for sharing. 🤗

Mindy I feel you completely! I am alll about taking it all in and just enjoying everything like the getting dark early and cuddling the coziness baking just everything yes yes yes I’m also so excited. My husband just mentioned to me the other night that him & I still have NOT watched ALL of the Harry Potter movies yet and we should do that so we are actually going to start that tonight. Really looking super festive, dear Mindy, Larry, and Liam! 🤩 The bird's nest is so cool, and Santa looks awesome on the table. I have learned so much from you about ambiance. I light a candle and turn on a KZbin winter scene with a crackling fire while I work -- sometimes Christmas music, too. We are big _Charlie Brown Christmas_ music fans. Have you tried hot tea with coffee creamer? My husband, who is English and knows his tea (LOL), makes me decaf tea with creamer in it throughout the day. So tasty! Love y'all! ❄️🎅❤️

Simply beautiful! But how do you keep lexi (cat) off/out of the tree? We have two and they chew on the green part of the tree and climb in it, they are almost 14 years old now and still do it. Ive resorted to a small tree on the fireplace mantel but i miss the big tree. Please share with us how you keep her out of it? Thank you and Merry Christmas early

Why aren't you utilizing the tops of the shelves in the living room? Huge objects could fit up there. You could have the most gorgeous plants in ghat house with do many top shelves. Philodendrons are the easiest to grow, you'd have the most beautiful vines
