I worked at a doggy daycare & boarding facility before I have the job I have now and...I loved it. Like yeah it could be stressful bc of the dogs taht aren’t trained right & all the cleaning but as long as the dogs know ur top dog it’s sooooo nice.

Okay the breakfast sandwich thing and the no washing face or shower in morning is such a doggy daycare worker mode 🤣🤣🤣 I worked as a kennel tech I never had time to eat prior. I have a kid so I usually rush out the door. I keep my breakfast sandwich box in the deep freezer in the dog food room I make the dogs their food (for boarders) and I put mine in a microwave and after I’m done feeding them and waiting for them to finish I eat my sandwich while taking notes on how much they ate or didn’t eat. 🤣🤣

I love how You a kennel tech! Love it! Btw the same routine for shifts for boarding daycare and nap time and it is mostly cleaning and correcting. 💯 we do get the love and play! The worst part of this job is the usuals you see every day and most weekends you end up bonding with them and if one passes away you are CRUSHED! Those dogs although we ain’t owner we basically with them more than the owner and it’s worse than a break up 😭😭
