My doctors tell me that if you eat well rounded meals, you are getting all the nutrients you need. The best thing to do, is to get blood work done to see if you’re deficient in any vitamins or minerals, then if you need take a supplement then do so. After a certain point the body doesn’t absorb excess vitamins and it gets flushed out. Too much or not enough is not good. Find what you actually need first.

I love the idea of that specific palm to ur decor…especially after the Xmas tree is down. Funny enough I had the same idea w/ the same type of palm!
