Wife and I went to Perth for Christmas instead of Sydney as originally planned due to bush fires and loved it. Most underrated city. Love our new home town too though (Melbourne) where I'm much less likely to melt my Canadian skin off.

Perth property prices crashed when the mining boom finished a few years ago, that’s why properties seem to cheap compared Melbourne Sydney Brisbane/Gold Coast. it seems to be slowly picking backup now, but due to how isolated and far Perth WA from the AU east coast (Melbourne, Sydney) they will always have much cheaper property prices

Kane and Pia Muehlenbeck the house/property prices in Sydney/NSW might go down a lot in the next few months and year if people freak out more about this CronieVirus then you might be able to get a bargain, but depends where your money is parked - certain American stocks like TSLA , ENPH , ZM (zoom video which has become extremely popular as people video conference than meet in person for work) will keep going up, where as airlines and travel and transport (like UBER, LYFT) share prices might really dive in the next few months (or even years)

To Kane: so many products are produced in China without I actually saying that on the packaging. For example actually every single canned fruit or vegetable is produced in China. And it doesn’t say that on any can. I don’t know if that applies to toilet paper as well but it could be.
