Its simple, when you are taking Hämoglobin (don't know it in English cause I'm German) out of your body, less oxygen can enter into your lung. If you take it out and then starting to train you are faster poor in oxygen and your body tries to anticipate. After workout you add some blood and you get more capacity of Hämoglobin. Your oxygen binding curve increases and you get much more stamina. I'm sorry for my bad explanation, it's not my native language but I think you should understand it a bit. I need some advice... I’ve been working out 6 days a week for about 2 and a half to 3 months but now, football has started and I’m getting home at 5:30 every day. We don’t do any weight lifting during practice it’s just mainly football drills and stuff. So should I push through and workout or should I just workout on the weekends when I don’t have football.
