I just love how real and not overly glamorized your videos of Brooklyn are. Cozy, casual, and beautiful yet we see the everyday hustle of the borough. Thank you!

These videos showed up in my feed on my other channel, and I'm hooked. I love the simplicity in your vlogging style, I love the visuals of Brooklyn. It's like a 90s-era vibe. Like when me and my friends would drive to the city up from Buffalo when I was a teenager...not the corporate, overly gentrified Brooklyn. It's such a beautiful perspective. Thank you for sharing. Consider me subscribed.

Hi! New subscriber. Love the vlog. My sister actually lives in Bushwick (13 years now) and loves it, and I love it when I go and visit. Brooklyn to me is the heart of NYC. Anyway... I love love those earrings (the twisted gold ones), where are they from?

I love that for your sister, she's been here long enough to see all of the newness in the borough. I've been living in Bedstuy for about 16 years now, I'm originally from Washington Heights/Inwood in Upper Manhattan. As far as the heart of city, I'll let you have that, haha. I think all of us natives would argue what that is lol The earrings are vintage, I'm sorry 😭😩 Thank you for being here 💕💕

I was born and raised in Bklyn Williamsburg Bushwick projects in the ‘60s, ‘70s and went away to college Married my only boyfriend in 1981 Mom lived in the projects from the age of 24years old until she passed 3 years ago @ the age of 89 years old and worked @ PS59 for over 40 years My roots are there, however, I left New York to Florida It’s been 24 years and I don’t regret it! I’m in the middle of writing a book of my parents who came to Brooklyn in 1946 Puerto Ricans ❤ I’m enjoying the traces which have led to great memories Thank you 😢😢😢😊 Take me to Lindsay park?

and that makes me happy to hear. I try to spread peace and love in every way I can. I actually had a hell of a week 😩 some days are good and some just aren't, BUT I think the trick is understanding how we face those difficulties is the key to life. Peace is really the objective in life ❤️

ha ha i just put into chatgpt tattoo ideas based on being from Brooklyn, an earth sign, love of travel and beauty. And in the living room, I saw the frame quote, "it was all a dream". hmmm maybe a good quote for a Brooklyn girl.

Another beautiful video🥰. What book is your husband using to learn Spanish? I’m learning too & would appreciate any helpful tools or advice.
@AlmashineNyc8 ай бұрын
Thank you so much! My husband is currently using the book "Madrigal's Magic Key to spanish" by Margartia Madrigal. I'm not gonna lie he's picked up a lot of Spanish just from listening to me speak to him in Spanish or by me responding in Spanish. He also used this YT channel called "Butterfly spanish." I'll be back if he has anything else to add. 🫶🏽

Hi there, I'm also a fellow Brooklynite (Bed-Stuy). I enjoyed watching the video. My favorite two parts is when you visited IKEA and the baby shower. Baby showers have definitely charged over the years. Now we included men and the shower games have gotten more fun. Oops am I showing my age? 😅
@AlmashineNyc8 ай бұрын
Thank you for the love! I always said if I ever had another kid, I would have a small lunch with just women. I've never seen a baby shower any other way lol (I'm Dominican), and it's always a party, fire food, dancing, drinks, always such a vibe or maybe just a reason to party lol
