Ur killing it. We do lawncare. Landscapes. French drain. Stain and stamp concrete. Build pergilos. Irrigations. Just havent done kitchens or fences. I contract fences out. We turn key it all. I dont no it all but i got people hired that do wat i cant. Ur crew is awesome btw. Thats the hardest thing to keep is s good crew. We have enclosed trailers dump trailers everything i was always hesitant to buy exspensive stuff but not now. Wen u purchase stuff ur business grows and u always pay for it faster thsn u think. Quick question bro, What is your profit margins on say a $80K landscape job in someone yard. I understand the business but i also understand every business is different and one business in Texas might be making 2x what someone is making in LA profit wise on jobs. So i am just curious to know what does your business take home profit wise after everything is done and over with. Thanks bro
