April 27 was my 46th birthday, Ashley. At my home, I danced to the music between breaks while watching about half the muted sewing video. I watched the movie called "Spider-Man: Far From Home". I went to Applebee's. Back at my home, I ate a wedge of a homemade chocolate cake and some chocolate ice cream. I got gifts.

Girl I was the same way I was the theater kid and my sister was into sports. Now I love working out and being fit. My kids aren’t that athletic either and I just tell them they have to be active in one shape or form. It’s mainly to ensure they don’t struggle with weight like I did growing up

Hey Friend, Happy Friday. I enjoy going grocery shopping but it can get pricey. So a $100 total from both stores isn’t that bad ($50 from each). 😢❤ I’m so glad you and your family are stress free and don’t have two houses on you anymore. There’s nothing wrong with looking at houses for the future because there’s lots of options out there. 😊❤ I enjoyed spending the day with you and seeing you get things done. I always enjoy when you upload a new video, I could watch your videos throughout with full focus without doing something else. Other people’s videos I have to do something else and play their videos in the background with yours I don’t do that. I feel your pain. I live in Florida and It gotten crazy. I live in an 1800 Sq foot home built In the 80s that was cheap when I bought it in 2013 and I had to rehab it but the same house in my neighborhood is now selling for 750k for 1800 Sq foot with no pool. Plus we have hoa and hurricane insurance issues here. If I sold I couldn't afford to repurchase in my area.. lol

I know a couple they tried the keto and they didn’t stick with it either. Have you tried the Mediterranean diet? I heard it was good for you. I went on Amazon and got the cookbook for beginners. I picked out several recipes from the book and just need to go to the store and pick up the ingredients I need!

The little chest upstairs is darling with your added touches! I love all the decor on top. Ashley, you are the best Mom...Those lunches have a lot of love packed in them too. They will always remember the little things, the important things...And yes, you are doing the right thing getting away fromr all the processed stuff. It must be so hard with 4 kiddos. I did it all wrong, and honestly am just NOW on my health journey at nearly 60. Finding out about all the chemicals, food additives, glyphosate, MALTODEXTRIN...who knew it has a higher glycemic index than table sugar. Makes me so mad. Also soy protein isolate, bad stuff, found in so much of the protein keto bars/other products. Basically whole food is what we need to eat, but with 4 kids, how difficult that is I am sure. Sports, nope for me...I tried but sucked, lol. I do not watch any of them either! 😀💜🌞
