My heart warmed up when she said she basically likes everyone where she lives. What an inspiring woman, and what a loving mom she has (nowdays, not at all understandable) It does seems like transitioning to tiny housing makes you choose what's really important (physically and emotionally) That tiny house is the PERFECT SIZE. I absolutely love that is on on one level. Much more practical than a tiny house with 2 lvls (when one is the sleeping area where you basically can't fully stand on your legs) God bless that amazing woman Thank you for this inspiring video

This beautiful lady is living my dream life. She is "rich" beyond measure and I'm so happy for her. Unfortunately I have to share my home with a hoarder...grand scale....there is no way out for me. I love your tiny house, it's perfect. I would be very happy and comfortable in such a house. I'm 63 years old and live in a 500 square foot apartment. I would love to own my own house again, and when I do I will look for something like what you have. I like the second bedroom that's a must for me. Beautiful tiny home & owner. Love her furniture & design elements, interior & exterior. I didn't know Cornerstone made tiny foundation homes. This is too expensive for me. I wonder if they make a 1 bdrm. model. I live in Sanford, Fl, which is NE of Orlando; Cocoa is SE, near the coast. Glad to hear her home is hurricane-rated. I live in a 600+ sq ft apt, which is too big for me since I have mobility issues. I'm very lonely. Would love to live in this community where people look out for each other. 🦩🌴

Yes, Cornerstone has many different designs. They are also wonderful people who build beautiful, perfectly crafted homes. My overall cost is also misrepresented in that I think the house started at about $125. It was also the most expensive model at the time we purchased.

You have a beautiful home. I live in a camper and understand that you can;t have a lot in your space. I am on the verge of getting rid of so much, "stuff." I am 71 and need to get more organized without so much to deal with plus a storage bill each month. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Yes I thought the same. She appears to have RA or something else that affects her hands. They are quite knotted. When she spoke about her neighbors and the their kindness I thought she is lucky to have her Peacewind community there to help when she needs.

Yes, I do have RA. I have had to learn to adapt and I get along pretty well. I have a wonderful brother and sister-in-law who are so gracious at helping out with the house. We all have our cross to bear, and comparatively, mine is rather light. I used to be an artist and had flawless handwriting. Those days are gone too. . . .

I came across this video and seen it was a tiny house but not one you can pick up and move. I would love to live in a home like hers if I was alone and living out my life. She’s very intelligent you can tell by the way she talks. Decluttering is what I’m doing now and it’s making my life more simple and enjoying life. My mother told me when we were growing up. I asked her one day how come we don’t have a lot of pictures on the walls and she said they were nothing but dust collectors. It wasn’t that she didn’t like things is that it was the truth. I love everything about this little house what I call it also living in a community where everyone looks out for each other is wonderful. My mother was just like hers a very giving person she passed away in 2015 and I was able to pay off my home Updated and a lot of things. So hopefully one day I’ll be able to sell. His house is little bit too big and have something she does. This was a great video and what a wonderful woman and her mother.

Glad to see that some jurisdictions are allowing tiny home villages. When the tiny house movement started 20 years ago, jurisdictions imposed a minimum sq ft for detached housing, mainly because they wanted to collect more property tax. Looks like they're relaxing that.
