Recently made a career change and started working at a pastry shop after 10 years working in front of a computer, and by far the biggest challenge has been the amount of hours standing on my poor feet and legs. The first 2 weeks were so intense, like daily cramps, sore everything and wondering if I made the right choice but it's been two months now and my body has gotten more used to it, but yeah, working in kitchens? Way harder than I ever imagined. Super amazed that you decided to take the chance and study again, I even got curious enough that I'm on Ferrandi's website right now checking their courses lol good luck, hope you learn everything you wanted and more!

As you said, the fact that the student present at the course WANT to be there, it makes a huge difference in everything. omg I miss french baugettes so much!!! That's like all I ate when I was there. That looks like a long day, but you learn so much from it. The lunch looks exactly like the ones I had in university there. And dinner there doesn't start until 7:30pm which makes so much sense so you can relax a bit after you get done with school or work
