@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 Brother i am 40 years old and i walk everyday and catch the bus to work so what helps me feel energetic is for breakfast i eat 3 bananas and 4 for lunch and also salads with chicken or any protein you choose.Hope that help.I will be retiring early in thailand in 7 years, And will be on vacation there for about 3 months during in few months.

You couldn't have been more right regarding time. I retired early at 50 and after about six months, I found that the days of the week meant nothing to me; I regularly don't know whether it's Monday or Wednesday, Sunday or Thursday. Days of the week literally mean nothing to me. The hard part is finding things to fill the days - things to make them meaningful. I know when I hit SE Asia in a few months (for the long haul), I will have to find things to occupy my days. Keep living your best, brother. I enjoy your content.

if you didn't take her seriously then you had nothing to lose and what she had going on didn't matter , so if you want a serious relationship then you will vet better so your not just the guy on the side ... Also not all women in Thailand are like that where they will play you , its all about you are looking for and finding someone who wants the same and things are fine , if they don't want the same from the start , move on to the next .
