Bro, what Visa are you guys on? And you've been there so long that I'm sure taxes are an issue for you. So how are you able to stay so long? And what are the tax implications? Can you please make a video addressing this. Because I wish I could just go over there but if you can only stay for 30 days or 90 days it makes it really difficult for the cost savings to kick in. Awesome video. When I was divorced in 2018 and gave the ex the house, I have been renting and find that I only use the bedroom and bathroom of the house. Paying $1,260 for rent, $200 electric and $70 for water/sewage/garbage. I plan to retire in 14 months to Thailand.

Haha, aye yo bro, I had an Airbnb at the Politan Aqua a month ago! 🤫 lol Probably the best rooftop pool view in Nonthaburi...maybe in Bangkok. When most pools are slightly to mostly covered, this pool gets a gang of sun...good for keeping the melanine in check. Yeah the room was small at first glance. But its crazy how fast you get use to it. The only thing I didn't love was that there were no outlets in the bathroom...like a lot of condos in Thailand. So having extension cords and a small voltage converter is necessary. Amazing view from the bedroom area. Yo, the cats in that barbershop are cool af. I asked them where they got their razors and they gave me a box of 12 for free. The smoothies at Sippy Rainbow in Tonsak Food Jungle are 🔥! And the ladies are very nice. The food is delish and crazy affordable too! There are literally too many spots to choose from across the parking lot in the night market...omfg! It's seriously overwhelming in a very good way. It took me almost an hour to figure out what I wanted to eat. Ask Trey about the stray dogs too. 🤣 Homie they aren't actually strays. They're the neighborhood guardians of the galaxy bro fr fr! Lol The locals and store owners feed them and they watch everybody and everything! It's their hood. Fk around and find out lol. They have a howling session around I think about 3am lol. That wolf pack shit is real! I love and miss that whole entire community! Like he said, they have all you need...except the hot spots are a ways away! Hands down my favorite condo project. I just didn't love the drive back and forth to the city. But I made great friends in the bldg and think about moving back all the time. I'm in Ekkamai now still condo hunting, but... Isaiah and Trey, you might have just convinced me to move back bros! 😂👊🏾✌🏾🙏🏾

Great Condo Tour! I watched it in its entirety. I was sold on the neighborhood food market and awesome amenities. I was raised on spicy foods by my mom from the Caribbean and just can't get enough. I recently retired and I'm looking to escape the high cost of living and madness to come on Jan 20th. I've got nothing holding me back and have already begun looking at flights to Bangkok. Great video! I thought Bangkok was the stuff, but after seeing this video, I believe Nonthaburi is way better. It looks like a suburb or town with less traffic, a great market, and luxurious apartments. Really, people, a boxing ring! Also, I think this is the first apartment you have shown with a separate room for the kitchen. With all these amenities, you only need to be in your apartment to watch TV, eat, and sleep.
