They need to go back to 12hr shifts since those are more reasonable, not good or healthy for doctors to be exhausted especially when it comes to surgery and delivering babies!!!

That looks like such a peaceful shift! I wish shifts here in Brazil were like that...we as doctors are responsible for the OBGYN ER so it’s absolute chaos lol deliveries happening, 50 ER consults on a good 12 hour shift, csections, sick addmited patients 😅 not fun at all

Yea my doctors had my due date wrong for the LONGEST and I had to advocate so hard for them to change it to based on my last Menstrual period . Thank you so much for this because CHILD ! I was 6 weeks when I got my confirmation ultrasound and they kept that when it was too early wasn’t even a heart beat
