Our brokerage has two offices. One is for bigger trainings and the other has a small meeting room, conference room, content room, and work room. But we all pretty much work from home or our cars!

If you're asking is it worth it to be a full time rather than part time agent - I'd say for myself yes but everyone is different. I think to make a career out of it it's best to jump in full time if you're in the position to do so.
