Hi LeAnn, I just passed my one year anniversary and haven't had a single sale either. I've been beating myself up for not closing a deal this whole time. depends on what you want. the brokerage im with is a bit of both. its could based so you are by yourself. but you can connect with hundreds of other agents on a social media platform the company uses. also, there are teams where its a group of agents

Whichever you're comfortable with, do that. But phones historically work better. Don't always ask for something. Just call and ask how they're doing, no strings attached. Or send a card in the mail. If you don't hear back, call and say "hey! I was thinking about you! Just wondering it you got my card! .... you did? Great! Well I joke you're staying safe and healthy! I'll talk to you soon!"
