Hey there,I’ve just failed my employment assessment test(I’ve only got 55 percent for it ,as a new requirement is 85 to get a job as a translator on Google/ and utube;in 5 min I had to listen to about 25 quite long audios without any chance of repeating those,as the questions that I would get were really what you won’t expect of getting at all,while 5 years ago it was more about the quality rather then speed…but I am glad that your day looks so well-organised and stress free…Looking forward to see what’s the average translator/or interpreter day is like for those who work remotely for Google and is it worth it trying again?

How do I get the latest trending videos on KZbin such as technology, entertainment, fashion, gaming, business etc. Can you confirm if my account has been hacked or if my codes have been swapped?

Thank you Haris - a lovely comment. Honestly each day varies quite a lot, but generally a mix of meals, meetings and meet-ups aha! Working hours are kind of standard 9-5 (but there's variation when I come in and out and some days I might finish at say 4 to go to the office gym) and Mon/Fri are WFH.

Following the ownership change at Twitter, people are looking at these 'day in the life of a [insert big tech company] employee' videos, with a fresh pair of eyes. What some people are seeing is a culture of unskilled, work-shy, spoiled, petulant, wokeists who have no clue about what a day of REAL work looks like. Some people see these kinds of videos as being people like you essentially just rubbing other people's noses in it. I would worry that you are ultimately making yourself unemployable by posting this kind of content. I have two questions for you? One: Do you think that you are bringing good value to your employer or the marketplace more generally? Two: Would you personally employ somebody to hang around gyms, sipping soy lattes and treating the place like a holiday camp?

Man you work for a really great company, but the office seems like a waste of time. You’ve got all these distractions and it takes so much time to get there.
@CharlesKerr2 жыл бұрын
I definitely think having the ability to be able to decide when to work from home is something I’d like for sure, but as far as offices go all the niceties and perks make it an enjoyable place to be vs say generic cubicles! Plus the journey time does massively depend on where you live (there’s like 5 offices in London for example)
