This movie really reminds me of me back in 2014 when I left a sales job at a store to work at Internet Company also as a sales rep. We also had a large assembly on the first day and were assigned a team. I was around 29 back then and my other coworkers who had been there for maybe 6 months were 21 and I did feel a little out of place with all these kids' who knew everything about systems and how to process complicated orders with their newest iphone 6 and I had an obsolete Iphone 3s, but had experience in sales face to face and would use my skills in not just sweet talking but de-escalating situations like Vince talks, very friendly and assuring and my friends were like...."wtf, how can you talk to customers like that, you sound like you know them, and how do you find what to say in just a second to avoid more confrontations and still get a sale" So I told them I would bs but in a nice way, they are people after all not just business owners. I invited them for a few drinks and have been friends since 2014 and now its 11/2024

Hi! I enjoyed watching your video and hearing all of the things you had to say about start up gear for starting a KZbin channel. I’m 40 yo and I’m about to start creating KZbin videos and I’ve bought a few things to get myself started. A ring light, a backdrop and I have my phone and the editing app bc I can’t afford a camera right now. At first I was kind of discouraged bc I was worrying about the quality of my video and how I would sound. I’m a little nervous but also excited to start filming. I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time now, and the reason behind it is bc I want to enjoy myself and build a positive community of ppl who enjoy watching what I’m going to film. I wish people could find things on net. I won a recent bet that I would have enough time to cycle to ten shops before he could find one on net , I won. A test I did of another search engine showed aprox 990 pirates and answers we are not allowed to use showed above the genuine original. A decade ago exact same test 10 minutes. Of course I'm concerned now people are paying to have our things hidden and drained. Academic use? When people are paying to be the answer. Business use? Is anyone going to spend 48 hours to find a thing? Unlikely. How and by when can Google show the answer, and not who paid to be that answer? If I want to know academic business or medical I don't want a pirate paying to hide the thing from me. I'd love to see a working search engine in my life time. Not a 990 pirates and climbing, 48 hours solid work to find just one thing. And I'm one of if not the best at it. I wish Google could find things way better. KZbin is mildly entertaining. Please let us know when Google search can show the right thing thanks. Do you need me to beg on behalf of the ball park 30 million licensed things? I can do it. Thank you.
