Welcome back to another video, here in this video... I have a NOX sensor to replace that is in the worst position! a front wishbone to replace that wasn't as bad as job as I thought, and some bushes that caused me a massive headache! I hope your enjoying the channel and the content. I'm starting a new job next week which allows for more hgv content.

Does taking the bottom pulley of affect the timing chain. Is the timing chain pulley keyed to the crankshaft or is it a floating pulley design?

It’s cambelt on this one mate, further up is a cambelt cover, taking the crank pulley up doesn’t have any effect on it mate.

you must be a gluten for punishment Dan buses/ vans worst things to work on oh and cars . Royal mail stuff is run into the ground and not replaced regular bet you can't wait to get back on the trucks .
