Well Rachel, I grew the test anxiety over long tests back when I was a young autistic sped student in school like when the state testing happened in high school and compared to what my teachers did your strategies would have worked better for me. It wouldn't have completely destroyed or avoided the anxiety and its' side effects on me but at least it would have helped me cope a little better on those few days. Keep doing what you are doing beautiful. - Dwight
