Hello Garden

Hello Garden

Күн бұрын

We’ve loaded up the van and are headed to a truly unique property! The sunshine gleaming off the water, stunning marina, seaplanes taking off… could you ask for anything better? Oh yeah. Let’s throw in the incredible work of a special maintenance man who rescues plants and sows seeds for a wild, floral and free pastoral walkway.
Wishing you all an equally precious day in the garden. 💕

I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Your choices for containers were gorgeous. I think the real star of this video is the maintenance guy who has created an ecosystem along the water. How absolutely stunning; he definitely has a green thumb. Bless him. I mean peppers and tomatoes....come on! 😁🐝🦋

These tutorials are fantastic! I finally got around to my pots this long weekend (Truth and Reconciliation day in Canada). You have really helped me up my planter game! I used Emerald Gaeity and a little blue chamaecyparis, dug a rust heuchera out of my garden and added a pale butter yellow mum and left in the variegated trailer and Diamond Frost euphorbia. For my largest pot, I finally made use of a contorted mugo I've had in a pot for months. I thought it was too big but I saw the size of the centrepiece in your front porch planter and reconsidered--it's perfect! I used a larger purple heuchera and a dark red mum and dug some white primulas from the garden. The repetition of the pale colour and the darker colours works really well! When the mums fade, I'll put in our foraged birch branches to fill the gaps.

The containers looked beautiful and the wild garden was a treat to see. Does this business have someone who will water the containers on a daily or regular basis or is that your responsibility also? You must end up with a bazillion plastic pots after a job like this. What do you do with all the empty plastic pots?

I wonder if Seattle recycles them. Here in Vancouver BC Canada we can rinse them and put them in our curbside recycling.

Maybe you showed us, but what kind of drip is used with these pots? 1 one- gal emitter? Or 2 or 3, or a ring of drip? And how often, I think you said 3 times a week? Thx❤❤❤

I kinda like them wooly. I'm not a formal girl. But maybe trim off a few loose branches.
