You 2 joking and laughing together while making the milk stand warmed my heart. So nice Bea to see you healthy and well and not seeing Theo alone while you were away resting up. I always worried about him alone in case of an accident or emergency!!! God bless the doctors who diagnosed you correctly and helped you.❤❤

I would like to suggest removing the pine limbs from your pond because of the leaching of pine oils into your pond. Also, pine needle can make your water acidic. You can do better with waterlilies which provides excellent cover for fish and helps keep the water clean.

1st time commenting. I've watched you for years and have feared for your serious challenges and rejoiced when you overcame them, but there's so much joy you can get from your pond without harming the fish. Cheat fishing isn't fair. Fish DO feel pain! Please don't expose them to sport fishing with your friends. How unkind to bring them into your pond just to torment them. Learn from them and from your own experiences. Enjoy your life on Miracle Mountain. I am glad you are happy. Please give that same enjoyment to those that you bring to live there.

There's a hand milker that's really fast and comfortable for the animal, you can find one in the things for sheep milking, Sandi Brock has a channel about her sheep, I think there's some really good information on her channel, even with dealing with mastitis. But the milker is a simple hand pump, like a spray bottle and it has a really nice container you can put directly in the fridge for storage.

In the US, we have foam tubes that are split on one side lengthwise to insulate pipes. Perhaps lining the opening for the goat 🐐 stand's head holder with something like that foam would make the opening smaller and be more comfortable for the goat.

You could put a strip of wood along the outer edge of the head cut out area where the knot hole fell out couldn't he? Added security! Bri had a milk cow & on her stand she had a secured rope to loop over the top of the movable side & it held her cow fine. Now for a shelf in front of it to put feed in then she will be happy.👍

Pine trees in a fish pond will lower the ph balance to a possibility dangerous level. You're better off using a hard wood like oak or cherry for your fish pond.
@lesleyharris5253 ай бұрын
Hi, the logs will sink after being in water for a few days, (waterlogged) i would suggest removing the pine tree as the natural oils are problematic, the best cover for the fish to hide is plants, rush and waterlilies are a good choice, and any native plants, i would plant a weeping willow on the shoreline lovely for Bea to sit under while you fish, 😅 like she has time, but maybe one day. ❤

Tie concrete foundation blocks to the tree limbs. Then use your canoe to position. Either with a graduated pole stick or string with weight, estimate the depth first.
