I usually get breakouts on my face especially near my scalp like the forehead because of dandruff, and sometimes chin aswell because i think it is where my baby hairs end up touching, so when i started using selsun blue it works on me so well as i never have any breakouts like before.

Hey Miki, fellow nurse here! I’ve battled with mask acne until my dermatologist recommended panoxyl acne wash. I used the 10% and have not had any pimples since I started using. Granted I’ve also been using clindamycin face lotion as well.

I’m a nurse in the NICU and have wear N95 masks still. I found not wearing foundation and just wearing eye makeup helped my skin and cleaning my chin/face through out my shift with micellar water also helped. Not sure if that’s an option for you. I figured no one can see my face anyway because it’s covered with a mask why waste the makeup

For acne, I know this sounds a bit weird, but take a lil bit of turmeric powder, squeeze some lemon? And add a tiny spoon of yogurt and put it on your face. Don’t ask, it just works

Nurses absolutely do NOT need better pay, especially for an associates or bachelor’s degree. These people working in healthcare honestly make me sick and I WORK in healthcare. Stop whining or pick another profession. Seriously. Where I live, the starting salary is between $70k-80k. Most jobs start at $40-50k. I’d say accountants, teachers, and veterinarians need better pay.

People should always take their clothes off 📴 at the hospital before even driving their vehicle and avoid taking all of the bacteria 🦠🧫 home... I learned that from German hospitals staff. They're not allowed to get dressed at home ( uniform) they most do it at work. Just saying...

*How many bags do you carry?* I have a separate bag just for food and then my work bag.. I've been having some neck-lumbar-sacro/back pain that I'm diagnosed with and became a patient after my shift 2x/3x a week to a pt to relieve it.. also, an outpatient nurse.. ngl, eating and peeing is so difficult at work and I've been a nurse for 4 yrs - it doesn't get any better but it doesn't get any worse, only the pain..
