A few things to better understand: - Poland now has one of the higher inflation rates in recent years. It's expensive, although I understand that in euro terms it's still cheap. Nevertheless, you need to know that for Poles these prices are very high. It used to be much cheaper. - In Poland, stores on Sundays are usually closed (the same as during national holidays), if you forget to buy something beforehand or need something ad hoc, there are "Żabka" stores open. There are probably about a dozen of them in the city. - The city you live in is not in the middle of nowhere. It is a city with more than 500 years of history, a city where there is a sizable industrial zone, including aircraft plants. Besides, since it's close to Krakow or Rzeszow, it's not so much in the middle of nowhere. So don't exaggerate. I encourage you to learn more about the history of Mielec and the club you play for.

Thanks for this, but I didn’t mean it in a bad way. All I meant was to give a better idea for the people about where I live, being "in the middle of nowhere" doesn’t mean it’s a bad place to be. I actually really enjoy it even though it’s quite small. About sundays yes I’ve noticed, I have been to Żabka many times. And for me to say cheap, of course I’m comparing to what I’m used to not what Poland is used to as I’m telling my experience of my first month. I appreciate the feedback but what I say is in no way shape or form meant to be offensive, I love this club already and the place is not bad either.
