Very, very cool man! So many things will be learned from this video - including many small little details that you may not even think about! Another idea is you could live-stream a training session. Might seem boring to you since you're very used to your training, though I'd be very interested (and I'm sure others would be too) to tune in and watch!

***** Cheers mate!.. Yeah Ive thought about doing this maybe streaming each individual apparatus so it wont be so long and boring aha.

Amazing video, I actually am doing a parkour camp at tempest in the US, I know you may not know about tempest, but I have been going for a while. Right now at camp, I have been working on standing backflips and learning back fulls. I am not very good, but I am improving! Your videos are amazing, and you are amazing, I hope sometime you could give some balancing tips for handstands, because that is next on my list. I also just started a fitness channel, because I can do a lot of strength training and working out. I also was wondering if you could do a flyaway tutorial, and tips on how to keep from getting rips and blisters on your hands! Thanks, and keep up the AMAZING work!! ❤️❤️👍🏻😀

Our family likes your videos, and how you share with others. Did you find the transition to senior, from juniors to be difficult. We think you made the transition better than most, competing in Worlds and even making event finals. Impressive.
@NileWilsonGymnast9 жыл бұрын
***** Thank you for yours & your families support!... It was quite a difficult task however because I had to make the transition so quickly, there was no time to massively increase my difficulty. All the skills I was doing I had competed them for a long time so that maybe why I was so successful in 2014. Thanks again

Dude, love the way you share your experience in gymnastics. Thanks for that! Lemme make you a question: in this video you show that your conditioning/strength part takes about 1/3 to 1/2 of your whole session. Is that constant during the year and you just change the type of conditioning you do in that part of the training? Or the proportion with the total amount of training varies according to if you're away or close to competing? I tend to keep 1/3 of conditioning in my 3 hour session but the guys in the gym tend to refuse it when close to competitions. Do you have any hint? Thanks again and keep up the good work

I'm not a gymnast (actually I'm competing in judo) but I've incorporated some of your stretches and your core exercises into my routine. The whole gymnastic stuff is quite interesting too, even tough I can only do the beginner's stuff. Would be great if you did a backflip for beginners Video - really wanna learn that :D

Great video Nile! What are some of your short-term goals? We know the long term goal is Rio so are you aiming to learn new skills leading up to Rio or are you focusing on consolidating what you know?
@NileWilsonGymnast9 жыл бұрын
Tyson Edwards Thank you Tyson!.. Yeah consolidation is key at the moment, getting comfortable with my routines so I can compete them a number of times & get really comfortable doing them. My routines have been constructed to add upgrades so hopefully I can increase my difficulty along the way!.. Excited for the stronger series!

Hey Nile, awesome video man. Loved seeing how you split your time between different aspects of training :) This might be an odd request but I wondered if you could give me some advice. I did competitive female gymnastics from the ages of 5 to 17 including artistic, acro and tumbling. I'm now 22 and getting back into training, however I'm transgender and have transitioned from female to male. I'm now on male hormones so building strength is a lot easier and I'm looking to start trying out some of the mens apparatus that I never had a chance to use growing up. Do you have any advise or tips for starting on the rings/pommel/p-bars? Thanks in advance!
@NileWilsonGymnast9 жыл бұрын
JamieLuke93 Thank you!... I'd say just enjoy it as much as you can & be patient. It's difficult to give you any coaching tips without knowing much so hopefully my videos can do that! but yeah enjoy the new experience of being on different apparatus! best wishes

Hey man. I was wondering how you balance your strength conditioning along with your ring workout. I find that since I'm new to things like planches and crosses I have to be pretty fresh in order to do them. How do you manage to condition and then do rings the next day?

Hi Nile, Great idea for a series can I say! I agree with another comment I seen below that mentioned a live-stream session. That would be fantastic, however I do appreciate that would be a very big ask, so no worries if you cant do it. Also, how would I make the transition from a reigonal to national level gymnast. Baring in mind I am 15 and dont have long to achieve this, it really does seem like an impossible task for me! Thank you!
@NileWilsonGymnast9 жыл бұрын
Lewis Walker Thank you Lewis!... yeah I'm defo going to stream, will do maybe an apparatus at a time so its only 30mis ish instead of 3 hours long.... First thing to making the step is to scrap thinking its an impossible task!.. i'm unsure of what your required to do however id just say you need a big enough desire & be willing to do anything to get there! Hi, do you have a coach, do you need a coach and how do you find one. Can you just 'jump' in to gymnastics and get a coach, or do you first have to go to a sport club etc.? Hope you can answer those questions, trying to find this out for a while, but most people don't answer and also can't find it on the internet...
@videoclip90238 жыл бұрын
Rens Kirchner when you go to a gym for classes, you have a coach for your team. Usually you can take private lessons with your coach

Great, I love your channel! You would probably enjoy a little bit more fat through the day, like olive oil or one slice of bread and peanut butter. Fat is essential for hormone production and regulations, you should aim for at least 1g/kg of bodyweight everyday.
