Hey Kimmy, Love this detailed video! I too have been an LPN as well, 3 years. And only 6 months into being an RN. I’m currently doing a New Grad residency in Labor & Delivery, but I’ve always had psych as my back up. I loved my Adolescent psych rotation & said if I were to switch I would do that. L&D is slightly a lot and not what I thought it was. 🙃

@@KimmyDTV I do love it don’t get me wrong! It’s just more intense than I thought. 😅 My anxiety be high.. Day shift is very intense & chaotic..maybe it’s the hospital. 🤷🏾‍♀️But it’s gotten better on Nights and everything will take time. Time management is hard, being a new RN is hard. And yeah I understand the money part girl! Lol.

It sounds like counseling, but I know it's not truly.. Basically. is patient interaction pushing meds mostly?
