In Sri Lanka in National Hospital Galle, there are 2 wards which usually has 20+ inward patients at any given time and 5 Consultants to loof after them. 2 Senior registrars, few registrars and Psychiatry medical officers.

@@anupachandula9699 oh wow, we’ve got about 4 different psychiatry units in this hospital, but each unit has at least 4 consultants and its own set of registrars. How busy does it get there?

@@amaaaanya it surely gets hell of a lot busy. In the ward as well as evening clinics as well. Consultants are handling clinics as well as wards. Like there we have different clinics like substance, liason , Paediatric psychiatry and Psychology clinics.
