Sydney is so cute , silicone cupcake liners work great for egg bites I use them in the oven and in my instant pot they come out perfect.

Sometimes when my son seems hungry i let him drink some water first.. sometimes he mistakes feeling hungry for feeling thirsty. But i still feed him after I just make sure he's well hydrated throughout the day. I let him snack on dried fruit and also like what you did, the pancake bites ♡

I just learned today how to make hard-cooked eggs in a pressure cooker. Never thought to do it before. Now I am learning of the possibilities of crock pot hot chocolate and it is so beautiful. This possibility had not occurred to me before either. I think I never tried a lot with those two large pieces of equipment because I was taught in pots and pans on the stove and in the oven and often, as an adult, did not have room in my kitchen for too many big appliances. And a coffee maker is like a plasma machine to me. Gotta have that. LOL. Cheerios and bananas are terrific. She must be going through a growth spurt. She stood in the middle of the kitchen to say so sweetly that she was hungry. Pouches, cheese sticks and granola bars are still great for when out and about because they do not spill or drip all over. But what you are proposing to make sounds like a splendid idea to get the nourishment and calories into her. Is that Kodiak protein pancake mix? I will have to look for that. Blueberries are so good for her and readily available in Maine and they are just fine frozen. I like the red and green in the egg bites at holiday time. Yolks won't hurt most people if they do not have a cholesterol problem. Half of those are inherited. So many farmers everywhere for eons at 6 eggs for breakfast daily and went out and worked it off on the farm or ranch. Good to remind people they can separate them, if need be, and save the yolks for a future recipe. There are baked goods where one adds an odd number of yolks. Red peppers have way high vitamin and mineral content. Spinach is so tasty and a power food. The cheese mix you chose are 3 great flavors together. If this doesn't work, you may have to start feeding her through the backyard hose that you are not using to water the lawn in winter. Poor thing. They have such comparatively tiny stomachs that they get hungry and dehydrated faster than we do. Is she not using her playroom? Isn't funny how kids love boxes and bags and turn them into things like boats. If she becomes a gondolier she'll need all those extra calories you are pumping into her. LOL. Half milk and half hot chocolate for her gives her way less sugar, too. It's sort of like cutting fruit juices with water. Loved her blue outfit and the little dance she did in the kitchen with the pouch that had grapes in it. Then running off that energy.
