hi when your mom is cutting at the taller table for large orders....I use a rolling stool that has an adjustable height. I get tired standing for hours and being able to lean back and halfway sit against the stool and also being ale to roll sideways when I need to make a HUGE difference. I thought you could try it if she standing in 1 spot for a long time. The stool can be used a the shorter setting also at the regular size table I love it that it rolls around and it's to bulky like an office chair.
